What's up guys? Dj ESG Honest Wedding Advice. Season number eight is upon us and the only thing I'm talking about this season is music, because I'm a DJ and that is what I want to talk about and that is what I think you need to know and that's the best advice I can give you as somebody 30 plus years in this business. And today I'm talking about Motown, founded in 1959. You ever sit there at a dinner table and you're talking about your wedding and some elderly aunt, uncle, cousin, grandparents start saying, are you going to be having motown music at your wedding? And you're like, yeah, sure, the fuck's motown music. You turn around, you're like, all right, listen, turn on lizzo, turn on cardi b, turn on nicki minaj. I guarantee they sampled something from the 60s, something that you will hear on one of their tracks or one of their CDs or one of their LPs is sampled music from back in the day. Why? Because it was so good and they're paying such respect and the hooks and the instruments and everything else. It wasn't pre-produced, it was just live and it was good. And these are some of the songs that if you're going to play at your wedding that I think you should choose as a DJ they work and put this down. Jot it down, save this, store this Dancing in the Street.

These are Motown timeless classics that you can fill dance floors with for anybody over the age of 50, 60 years old, and I'm telling you, you will probably know the hooks or the choruses or the lines or the riffs or the arrangements of a lot of these songs because the rappers nowadays they use them, they stick them in there and they are awesome. They are great. You will thank me later. This entire season, season 8, will be dedicated to music and to the music that you are going to be playing at your wedding. I can't wait to bring this to you. 30 years of knowledge. I'm DJ ESG. It's great advice Peace, love and God above, and I'm out Bye-bye.
